For employers
We do not cut corners.
Every candidate is subject to a comprehensive verification process before being recommended to you. You can engage with confidence, knowing every worker we put forward meets the required standards.
Compliance and vetting standard
What we check, and how
- Right to work eligibility
- We verify and document the individual's legal entitlement to work in the UK, examining original documentation or valid share codes prior to any placement.
- Card and certification validation
- Industry cards including CSCS, CPCS and ECS, and relevant accreditation schemes, are verified directly with the issuing body, not solely from photographs.
- Thames Water Passport
- Where required for utility and water sector projects, we confirm a valid, in-date Thames Water Safety Passport recorded within SkillGuard for Utilities, ensuring full compliance with Thames Water Essential Standard 9 prior to site access.
- Qualifications and competency
- We confirm relevant trade qualifications, certifications and credentials, validating competence and experience appropriate to the role.
- Employment and references
- We obtain and verify references to confirm employment history, track record and suitability for site work.
- Health and safety awareness
- We confirm appropriate health and safety awareness and any mandatory training required for the role prior to deployment.
All checks are fully documented and available for your records upon request.

There is no form to fill in. You speak to our team, and you keep the same point of contact from the first call onwards.
Available outside these hours by prior arrangement for urgent enquiries.
Engagement process
Six steps, start to invoice
The brief
We discuss the trade or role, number of workers required, site location, start date, anticipated duration, shift pattern, and any mandatory cards or certifications. A brief conversation is typically all that is needed.
The shortlist
We return to you with carefully selected candidates, presenting their relevant experience, certification status and availability clearly. If we are unable to fulfil your requirements, we will advise you honestly rather than propose unsuitable personnel.
Your decision
You approve each candidate prior to deployment. No individual is introduced to your site without your prior knowledge and agreement.
Mobilisation
We confirm start times, site contact details, induction requirements and any necessary PPE directly with the worker prior to their first day.
On site
You have a single point of contact for any changes or updates: attendance issues, contract extensions, role adjustments or early finishes.
Timesheets and invoicing
Electronic timesheets are used for all placements, signed by your authorised site manager before submission. Timesheets must reach us by 10:00 on Tuesday. Approved timesheets are processed each week following the cut-off.
